CAN NOT ACCESS ACCOUNT!

Hello Kabam, I sincerely do not know what is going on but I can not access the game at all and I keep getting the same pop up message. I have also deleted the game and re-downloaded and nothing. Please someone help because I miss playing. I am Cruz Empire which is my ingame name and my email is [removed as per forum rules]

    That is indeed weird as you was able to reinstall the game with no issues. Have you tried on/off your WiFi router for 30 seconds? I do it sometimes when things seems off at my PC/mobile internet connection.

    Thanx for the tip brother but I have tried that many times actually lol. I run a 5 gig service because I am an online deejay. That’s never been an issue with something like this. I believe kabam locked me out but I don’t know why if that is the case.

    That's not the msg you see when you've been banned. Something is up with the network you're using. Have you tried without wi-fi enabled?

    Yes, I have tried that. I’ve done everything possible wifi related and router and modem related. Everything is fine in my house including my job because I work from home.
