Who's your falcon synergy team?

Just duped my 6* and thinking about r2. My skill roster lacks the most in the game. Is he synergy dependent? Does the extra crit bonus make a big difference? I mainly focus on story mode. I have Fury but only as a 4*. Right now, I'm trying to finish act 5, maybe try a completion of act 6 (probably a long shot). I'm free to play so I don't have a ton if credits. Below is my main roster, give or take. This is not a troll post. I've asked about falcon before but now that I have him awakened, I'll ask again. Thanks for any input.

    No falcon doesn't need synergies.

    Falcon totally worth r2, no need for sig stones. He will be good to go and add an extra dimension in your main squad.

    I used him for the V3 Wasp and he wrecked. Unawakened r1 with no synergies.

    Mine is r3 and relativley low sig and he gets A LOT of use
