    Apoc. Because he's the better champ, and Cable gets extra damage from being a Horseman/teammate of Apoc already.

    BTW I have a rank 2 Apoc heading to r3, and a r1 Cable heading to r2.

    Apoc gets more use. Cable gets use only with apoc.

    Apoc all the way, he got good utility and dmg at r3. Cable even as a horsemen is no match for Apoc.

    This exactly, I have cable at r2 and apoc at r3. Apoc gets used all the time alone, cable is amazing but ONLY with apoc
