I have no issues with his basic attack. He seems to crit very often (23% crit) and he has pretty high block profficiency (70%). Mine is undupped, but on 6* r1, if you do the 3 missions and time your sp2 right, the damage is great. He isn't a hard hitter like Cull or Corvus, but his outputbis enough to finish stuff fairly quickly
