To prevent exploitation, we will prevent new Accounts from being able to Gift enlistment crystals. We will also be taking action on those who are using 3rd Party Sellers, Bots and other farms to gift themselves mass amounts of Enlistment Crystals. Lastly, we will be adding an expiration timer to Enlistment Crystals. All unopened Enlistment Crystals will expire on Oct 18 @ 17:00 UTC. Took two screenshot at same time of different 6* champs yet to be r3, but after I r3 one it's combat rating decreased

Hello @thebest018. Thank you for reporting this possible bug to our attention. Please file a ticket to support here so that this is investigated further.
You need to Level them up afterwards in order to surpass their previous Rating again (your pic is only r3/Level 3, level her up a little more before she is back higher than when she was r2/Level35)
