Stealth Spidey, who barely has any metal content in his body gets the metal tag when against magneto but surprisingly BWDO with two damn electric batons doesn't. And also, why the hell does almost every champion get the metal tag? That's too extreme. Why not make everybody #metal since every has some iron in there blood even though that iron does not exist independently.

So by “dumb buff” you really just disagree with who they assigned as #metal ..... which is related to the buff but very distinct. Also, to be fair, spidey’s suit has electronics in it, computers, microchips, etc which are made of metal components. We have no proof that BWDO’s electric batons are made from metal (plenty of non-metallic polymers and things are conductive), but Kabam have defended their choices fairly well on the forums in past. Also, I get that you don’t like how many champs fit in the category, but the fact is that Mags in comics is about as OP as Mags in-game, so I think it’s about proportionally correct. Sue me.

Magneto can only manipulate ferromagnetic materials like iron and such. Plenty of weapons like batons are made of alloys and polymers to decrease weight and increase maneuverability. I.e, he can't control any metal object

60 have the #villain tag, which some champions have an advantage towards. Do we have too many villains also?

Also contrary to what the science authorities say in comic books, the iron atoms in hemoglobin are not ferromagnetic. In fact, it doesn't really make sense to talk about individual iron atoms as being "metallic" in any normal sense of the word. Before Magneto was able to pull the iron atoms out of your body he would be exerting enough magnetic force to rip the electrons off of your atoms, simultaneously ionizing you, atomizing you, and explosively vaporizing you into a cloud of energetic plasma.

Champions only have the metal tag if the metal is permanently attached too them or they have metal armor, Metal weapons don't count

Also your point of everyone having Iron in thier blood, if you are referring to magneto manipulating the Blood iron in the Security guard in X2, that only happened because Mystique injected the Guard with extra iron

In my opinion this is a case of the movies being much more savvy than the comics. By injecting the guard with a suspension of extremely fine metallic particles they would be scattered around his body in a way a metal detector was unlikely to detect, but in a way that made them very easy for Magneto to detect and manipulate. And being extremely tiny, it was easy to yank them out of his body with relatively little resistance. Since it is his magnetic manipulation that gives them a shape, they don't need any structural integrity at all. This is much more physically possible than the comic book version of Magneto manipulating blood itself because it contains iron atoms, which is physically nonsensical.

I think Magneto only magnetizes metals made metallic bonding, not stand-alone metals. But he can move non-magnetic materials with electromagnetic fields, hence explaining his energy-based basic attacks. In a recent issue of X-Men, part of the Dawn of X, he was able to manipulate vibranium. Black Panther should have #Metal.

Pure Vibranium or Adamantium? Adamantium is an alloy of iron with Vibranium and thus is ferromagnetic.

I must say Marvel writers aren't physicists and don't grasp that despite popular belief, the majority of metals have no (anti)ferromagnetic properties that would lead to the attraction of repulsion of magnetic fields. It's because iron is such a popular material and iron has ferromagnetic properties that this misconception arose.
