Ruin the meta champs.

How would you nerf the current meta champs?
For eg, a sort of timer on ghost's phasing.
Quake's concussion goes from 100% to 85%

This is not a request, just a discussion to what changes would make them annoying to use.

Quake… “needs concussion debuff to auto evade opponents” (as per stated in character bio)
1) It doesn’t state debuff.

2) When released her heavy concussion wasn’t a debuff it was just there allowing her to evade while charging. It wasn’t for like a full 6-8 months after her release that it became an actual effect/debuff when they added an icon for her heavy charge to prevent interactions with Archangel/immunities well after her release.

3) Working as intended.

Finally an answer to this, appreciate this greatly.

Wdym he should be? Are you saying people need to use him more even though he's a sub par champion or are you saying that he should be buffed/content should be worked to make him good.

Yeah People Need to Use him more. I have like 5 Rank 5s and Iceman is my 2nd R5. He is always used because of Triple Immunity and good burst damage. Also Ice Armor comes in Clutch

At 5 rank 5's, you definitely see some use for him. But when you're at around maybe 12-15+ you'd understand exactly why he isn't much of a meta champ anymore.

cap iw already doesn't get perfect blocks on parry, he just has a very high block proficiency. try parrying against someone like masacre who has block penetration. perfect block also gives extended stun duration which cap iw doesn't get
