If you're asking for a mobile game to not have lag, bugs, no freezing etc.. that'll never happen. Regardless of my stance on Kabam as company, your expectations can't be that high. It's impossible with the amount of devices this game is played on.
Kabam are still people and you need to give them time and grace because they are trying. It’s obvious that they care and are trying their best because they gave us compensation, extended summer of pain week 4, and pushed back the summoner showdown. They aren’t magical beings who can fix things whenever they want at their own leisure.
Also the reason they gave the warning about being careful with what content you take on is so that people are warned about the bug and don’t say you should have said sometime about it. Items expiring is completely the players fault, not kabams.
Lastly about the sop week 4 repeat bug, everyone (and I mean everyone) who completed week 4 and then saw they could do it again to get another point knew that it wasn’t intended. Kabam would not have done that on purpose without telling us. It doesn’t make any sense. So no one has the right to complain about using items on it when they were trying to get an extra point that was not supposed to be there in the first place. The only reason the situation happened in the first place was kabam was trying to be nice and extend sop week 4. Please stop complaining because it doesn’t help anyone.
Fighting other people's side of the story too does not help as the community has varying degrees of needs, differing from player to player and each player also has a different level of seriousness attached to this game.
This parry bug happened out of nowhere, I am sure they did not touch the code which belonged to the masteries aspect. Infact it was some kind of framework change in ios or some other change which indirectly caused this issue.
Such kind of bugs are hard to find and address/fix.
@Nataku20 if your items are expiring cos you cannot do content, its a genuine reason contact support ask them if they can restore your items which expired within this bug time frame. Its a reasonable ask and well within the realms of requests cos it was an issue on their end.
Others please just stop attacking others in the forums without knowing their side of the story properly.
