    You don't know how the company runs, how fixes have to be dealt with or implemented, and are talking out of your hat.     Nataku20 is a developer. They know better than anyone so we should take their word for it.
    Sure but he doesn't work for Kabam. Being a developer gives you a better idea of what needs to happen, but there are a large amount of variables and differences.

    People who seem like they have lost their patience may seem that way cos of the thousands of unwanted forum posts which don't seem to report or solve a problem.
    Fighting other people's side of the story too does not help as the community has varying degrees of needs, differing from player to player and each player also has a different level of seriousness attached to this game.
    This parry bug happened out of nowhere, I am sure they did not touch the code which belonged to the masteries aspect. Infact it was some kind of framework change in ios or some other change which indirectly caused this issue.
    Such kind of bugs are hard to find and address/fix.
    @Nataku20 if your items are expiring cos you cannot do content, its a genuine reason contact support ask them if they can restore your items which expired within this bug time frame. Its a reasonable ask and well within the realms of requests cos it was an issue on their end.
    Others please just stop attacking others in the forums without knowing their side of the story properly.

    Thanks the_eradicator I did try to follow your advise and filed a support ticket. However, their immediate response was that expiring items will expire and they recommend me to sell the items. In my opinion, this demonstrates they don't take accountability for the damage they cause upon its customers accounts. Pretty discouraging.

    Wrong. It's an ingame mechanic that isn't changing. They don't need to take accountability for your lack of resource management, and are certainly not going to go to the huge trouble of rewriting a huge in game function. Especially after you got compensation.

    Using your overflow strategically is resource management.

    If it’s so hard to change stash timers, I dunno maybe communicate that? Acknowledge the issue?

    They can change aq timers on a whim can’t see it can be that big of a deal…

    How is this a lack of resource management. No one could have predicted this bug happening this month. People could have been planning for a abyss run, carina's challenge or act 6 exploration. This bug puts a stop on all those things. People could have bought the cav eq completion offer to hoard resources to complete content. It's a tricky situation.

    Best case scenario is Kabam could simply increase the inventory space of all items and decrease it again so that they don't expire. They could also just increase the expiration time by 1 month so that resources don't go to waste. The more items expire, the more people will expect the compensation package to be because it's normal for people to expect Kabam to reimburse the loss they suffer because of the bug.
