Kabam I need real help

I lost my email and won't be able to get it back I've tried already. I've contacted Kabam support almost 10 times and it's useless I can't answer security questions when I don't have access to my email. I've said this so many times to every Kabam support agent and they all just say the same thing and I'm so tired it's like talking to a scratched record. I don't want to lose my account I've had it for more than 6 years PLEASE SEND REAL HELP. If I get sent to kabams support again by some kabam employee that closes this post I'm going to go mentally ill.

I understand your frustration, but you have to understand why these procedures exist. If they don't ask you questions only the account holder could possibly know, I could open a ticket and ask them to give me control of your account, and if the only questions they asked me were questions I could look up myself, you'd lose your account to me with no way to get it back.

That's the problem support is faced with. They have to prevent people from hijacking other people's accounts. Now, my question here is: why do you need the email account to answer the security questions? The questions they ask are of the form "what email address did you use to sign up?" This does not actually require the email account to work. They also ask you what your original purchases were. This seems to be something you could find out from the app stores, either Apple or Google. They ask you where you were geographically when you first signed up, which also doesn't seem to require your original email account.

People who have lost access to their original email account have been able to recover full control. People have changed email accounts assigned to their account as well. So I'm not sure what is stopping you from satisfying support's requests.

Yeah I get why they need security questions. But without my email I can't check on google play what was my 1st two real purchases and the dates for them or the date when my account was created.

Doesn't pay.google.com have your purchase history for MCOC, if you're on Android? I don't play on Android so I don't have first hand experience, but it has all my other Google account purchase history. Mine goes back to 2016, which is when I made my first Google purchase on my main account. I have no idea how far back it goes, but it seems to go back pretty far.

Yes it does show history but I can't check it if I can't sign in with the email I used to purchase which is the email that's I basically lost. I tried getting help form Google and they sadly can't. What makes me more confused is that I've had my email change for basically everything else every other App and even more important stuff like my bank account but Kabam doesn't seem to understand.

Technically, it isn’t Kabam that’s holding you up, it is Google. I don’t know how you lost access to your email permanently in a way you can’t recover, but that’s what’s ultimately blocking your ability to get to your Kabam account. Without those transactions Kabam has no other way to identify you. Your bank does, because you can verify your identity with other information they have. Kabam doesn’t have that info.

Unfortunately, I’m at a loss on what your other options are. Your identity when it comes to internet transactions is something you need to protect. Losing access to your email account is extremely dangerous. If someone compromised that, if they gained access to it after you lost it, they can sometimes do very bad thing to you. You’re worried about not gaining control of a game account. But you could open the door to the reverse problem: someone else gaining control of bank accounts and other identity theft. You’re concerned about this process not being easy enough. You may come to regret it being a little too easy.

Yeah I know it's going to get deleted soon but it's like Supercell the company for Clash Royale and Clash of clans changed my email in this exact same situation and so did Niantic the company off Pokemon Go without any Identification so like why cant Kabam do that?
