    Probably the second biggest difference of power levels between comic book version and game version after Sentry.

    Not to mention he needs high sig and ramp up time for that damage

    Make his existing duped ability passive. Specials refresh all buffs.

    Along with that add in an animations overhaul and I'll love to see kabam make use of his electron manipulation powers for something new.
