But to actually answer OP's question: I have no idea. I have genuinely not a clue as to what would make the past two months' dumpster fire of a time feel "okay" or well-compensated for.

I think the original Summoner Appreciation Calendar was a response to some similar drawn-out bug, right? But Kabam already messed that up with the Summ(on)er Kerfuffle so it would just feel really weird if they tacked on something similar on top of that event.

But if they don't, it feels like they are just going to send out a package of items and...I just...I don't know. It feels like they need to do a lot more than just give free stuff. They need to reinvigorate the game, and people's interest in the game. They need to kickstart people's interest in everything they've left behind during the summer's problems.

My alliance was doing great just before the bug happened and I want that back. I want my alliance back in the tip-top shape we were in but that we've fallen away from with people just...leaving. Quitting. Not bothering to participate anymore.

This bug has done incalculable damage to the game and I want that fixed. That won't be fixed with a simple compensation package, even if it contains a dozen 6* Nexuses and enough rank-up materials to bring my five top champs to r4.

I don't know how you fix that.

Yes, the 2019 90 day calendar was because of the amount of server issues and emergency maintenances we had. They brought it again in 2020.

So youre saying a whole season of aw gone only took items from you, I lost a whole T5 basic, and T2 alphas and about 2 five stars from the rewards. Shard compensation for every game mode that had that is required.

1000 units lol. That won't happen. Glad to see you reaching for the stars on shards but bare minimum on pots and revives.

Never in the history of ever do I recall them including units in compensation, so I would be surprised to see them there. This bug may have had a unique impact on people’s ability to do arena, so i understand the desire, but I don’t think you should get your hopes up for that

Only time we got units as any sort of comp was Mystic Dispersion and gifting badge.

Just like he said it wasn’t missed it was just a long offseason. As I I recall aw starts in 2 days if I’m not mistaken.

I know units are too much but health potions and revives are only minimum level I mentioned here and some players bought them with units too... And with SOP you know how hard it is...

I think they said something about missing rewards being part of the compensation. So that should be 2 months of EQ and 1 season of AW. How they scale it with titles is up to them

Seems pretty spot on apart from at least 14 t2a's so we can can make use of the t5cc selectors.

Apart from that it looks absolutely perfect.

Oh and maybe a 6* generic but I don't know if that's just too greedy.

On the 5th day of Compensation, Kabam gave to me
.. 5 Gold shards, 4 lvl2 revives, 3 t1a, 2 t4cc and a partridge in a pear tree.

You look new. Threads that discuss compensation, specifically what appropriate compensation is for any particular issue, are a long-time hot topic on the forums. I suspect for you and your friends or alliance mates this is a completely innocent and friendly topic of conversation. Probably most of the people you see talking about this are perfectly happy aiming high but not "insanely" high on what players deserve for the engine update issues.

The problem is that the forums see every version of this, from a wide range of players from the almost reasonable to the blatantly ridiculous, all stated with a completely straight face. This is probably the first time you've ever posted anything about compensation, but the forum readers have already seen a thousand compensation threads already and many have lost patience with them. At best you'll get humorous sarcasm as a response, and at worst you'll get, well, worse responses.

Basically, compensation threads are to the forums what full exploration of Act 6 is to the game. I wouldn't recommend attempting it unless you really know what you're doing and you really think it is worth it. It probably isn't.
