Cause of bug I didn't get my exploration reward

Guys when the November update came I updated it and new act progression came and and I thought that now I can get 500 units easily but cause of some bug they changed act progression to old and after they recovered that bug new act progression came and when I saw the photo of act 1 they are telling it is 100% explored and it is showing that I have claimed the reward and got 100 units loss that not fair.

    They said that the new rewards are something similar to what you would have gotten from the previous acts

    If you had already done these 100% prior to this month, then you have already done them, and so shouldn’t be able to get any further rewards from them.

    Let's see. You want to get rewards, that you weren't supposed to get in the first place. You getting exploration rewards again was a bug. It was supposed to be for people who didn't explore the quest already. Now you want the bug back into the game so you can get free units, which is actually unfair.
    Kinda sounds like exploitation to me.

    Is it a loss tho? You have explored it before, like many honest players before you (including myself).We have got exploration rewards. Why should anyone get them twice? It makes no sense.

    There was a bug that allowed people to get these rewards twice. But complaining that you didn't get it as well is like saying "my friend stole a bike, it is only fair if I do it too, bcs I wanna have a bike as well". It's a bit exaggerated but illustrates it well
