  Before going further, it’s meaningless besides getting a quick impression on how much time a user has been on the forums.
  
  You get points for each positive reaction (insightful agree like awesome) and no points for Lol and disagree. Community guardians (don’t worry about it) can flag problematic posts for mods to deal with that reduce your points by 1.
  
  As you get more points you get more stars, but it doesn’t really mean anything
