    Simple answer.
    Most didn't bother with the arena due to the fact that they expected him to break the arena record.
    I mean, it's literally a 6 star doctor doom arena.
    99% of players who grind arena went in already defeated and expected to not get him.
    Now that people see how low he went for, round 2 will break records most likely.

    Probably the latter, he’s one of the most desirable champs around, anyone who’s had a chance to get him will already have him, so most of the people capable of putting up big scores will have him

    I feel like almost all top arena grinders have him except a few, so arena score isn't too surprising

    No, I scored over 26 mil and didn't get him, but I already have a max sig 5* anyway
