Potential Delay to v44.1 Launch

I just started a new alt account and I didn't get the beginner xp boost, did they remove it?

    The sigil and xp beginner boost are different, also sigil is 20% and beginner is 30%.

    There's a permanent XP boost for beginners in the form of reduced energy needed to breeze past ACTs 1-4 nowadays, which allows you to do more fights from the energy you have, thus higher XP is earned now.
