I contacted Kabam Support due to this new trade in event. Wanted to reverse a trade in I made. I’ve done this in the past, typically no problem as long as you don’t open the crystal, use the item, etc. I traded 50 6* mystic stones for 10 generic, but it wasn’t worth it to me.
The response I received needed a 6 step verification of my account in order to reverse the trade in. I needed to know when my first ever purchase was and how much. When I created my account, etc. I created the account 7 years ago so I estimated, no idea when I made a purchase so I estimated.
I’m just trying to reverse an action I made, not reverse a purchase or make a change to account info.
Seems ridiculous and unnecessary

    Was it worth it to you “before” you made the trade, and then realized you mis-calculated how much trading you could do and would fall short of something higher up anyways ?

    No, there is no higher up. I went down the list of trade in, did what I wanted to do. I’d rather have generic instead of class, but would rather have 50 class than 10 generic, so not worth it. Not really the point I’m making, they’ll do it, I just need to verify myself by answering a bunch of questions, which I’ve never had to do before to reverse an item
