Should I r3 cable? He’ll be my first and I have apoc 5/65. This is my 6* roster so far and I only have the one mutant t5cc

    I think he’s amazing, I use him all the time with apoc on my team. His heavies just burn enemies down to the ground insanely fast.

    I have him r3 and he's great, bit he wasn't my first or even 10th so I'm not bias. Just know he's pretty terrible without Apoc so it's a dedicated duo everywhere you want to take him.
