Hawkeye synergy with X-23 bugged

Hawkeye synergy with x23 should let him remove all rock stacks on special attacks but doesn’t seem to work with or without perfect release on both sp1 and sp2. I was just testing the synergy so please don’t mind the sloppy gameplay.
