Are we moving back to class bonuses next month or #Tags is here to stay for Cav. EQ going forward??

So i explored all difficulties few hours back from Normal to Cav. ..still 5 days left.

This Cav. EQ was just a drag honestly . I was planning to skip it because of new tags but then went ahead and did it . The class bonuses one was much better IMO and it was faster too.

People upgraded their champs to previous Cav. EQ requirements and personally i would hate to rank up champs again if required for the new requirements.

Can we know if this remains as it is or will be reverted back ??

    They mentioned it's rotational but not sure if it is class again or not

    I personally don't know anyone who has ranked up a champ for EQ. I certainly have not. I rank up useful champs who were useful in both the previous cav quests and the most recent, as well as whatever other content I want to run.

    It always rotates. Always has. There are more than one class based iteration as well.

    I think it's interesting to use Champion Tags in this way. But it was a bit frustrating to have to constantly scroll up and down the Champion Filter screen when setting up your teams.

    How about a QOL change to introduce a rotating "Cav quests" option to the Select Champs/Filter menu. Like the existing one for AW?

    This could place the tags for that month in the first section of the 'Tags' menu; making them more easily accessible when starting Cav quests.

    This. Rank up good champs. And then use the good ones who also happen to get bonuses. Also, a lot of the champs who do get bonuses in one get bonuses in all of them. I don't understand the whole "I'm not ranking new champs narrative" tbh. Many of the tagged champs are also the same ones who benefit in the class based ones. Disagree? Lemme know and I'm happy to make a list. Also, I often cheese a lane with an R1 6 star. Some of the bonuses are so good you don't need to rank them up. And that's just for funsies, cause I can just use any champ who counters the lane either way. The extra bonuses are just that, extra bonuses. Not required at all. Not sure why the word "requirements" is being used.
