Dear kabam,

I have a request and hope you will fulfill it it may sound idiotic but trust me its good so the request is that all new champs should be given to summoners in 3 or 4 star rarities so that we or maybe I cause others might have a different opinion can decide if we should invest units or actual money into getting a 6 star or for some 5 star versions of the champ and an example is that when ikaris was released you gave him to us as a 3 star I tried him thought he was worth it and so used money and units in acquiring him so now have a 6 star rank 2 ikaris thinking of whether I should r3 him or odin

everyone no harsh comments and give your opinion on this
and can someone please tag the kabam admins please

okay but i grind that much but then find out that that the champ is trash so wont 2 million points go to waste and its much more safe to grind for a champ after knowing its worth you're time

or that yes that would be awesome but some champs need the synergies

When we occasionally get gifted a free three-star version of a champion, it's usually because Kabam has a special side quest that they want us to take advantage of that requires the new champion. And while we did receive a free four star Hercules last month, that was a thank you in community for participating in the first-ever Summoners Choice boat and 🤞 it's something that will repeat again this December with the winner of this year's vote.

That being said Kabam does offer plenty of opportunities for people to get a free 3 and 4 star versions of the new Champion, the only catch is.. you have to work for it in the arena and while for some people like yourself argue that it is too much of a hassle or too much of a grind, you can't get everything for free.

Even free-to-play players know they have to actually put some work in to get something. If everything is given and nothing is truly earned, then why even try anything else when all you have to do is sit back, log in once a day and get free stuff?

There has to be some motivation to actually want to play the game and for a lot of people there is but you can't just expect to get it all on a silver platter because all that does is foster an unnecessary and frankly unwanted sense of entitlement that has caused more drama to these forums then anything else.

I'd prefer 2 star versions of the new champs if we're asking for free stuff

I don't see the difference if grinding for a trash champ is equal to getting them for free. They're trash either way, no matter the acquisition

And it's not even that much of a grind. 650k for a 3* I think? Plus, the units and battlechips are valuable.

I think a more sensible method would be to release a quest every month that gives no rewards but offers like 5 fights and you are assigned a trial version of each character based on your progression level (thronebreaker its r3 6*) rather than picking a character to enter the quest with. It’s not in your character list, there’s no way to play with them outside of this quest, but it allows everyone a short trial quest to test out the new champs with.

I hate arena as much as anyone, but 2 million points is hardly a grind.
