Haven’t got my Gifting rank rewards

It is really stressful to find myself in this situation. Where after spending money, and getting around 110k points, I didn’t get it solo gifting rewards. Please help. I did get alliance rewards.

If this is not fixed , you will lose a player of 7 years.

Shocking this is.
