  That would make him a mutate, not a mutant.
  Mutants get their powers from birth, like Logan or Iceman.
  Mutates are for example, Hulk and Spiderman. Gotten from outside sources.

  Well, Kabam did previously release a 'Bloodletting' crystal containing Crossbones; a champ with no ability to cause Bleed...

  IMIW managed to do it to Thanos, I think X-Bone could cause some bleeding if he got more screentime than he did
