Kabam ignoring support ticket

What steps can I take if Kabam appears to be ignoring my support ticket and subsequent emails? It is nearing a week without a response from them despite acknowledgement they've received my ticket and multiple emails thereafter reminding them they haven't responded.

Can anyone assist?

    I just had a ticket get solved after a good like 15 days of inactivity. All i suggest is that you keep commenting on the ticket every day or so.

    Total time for that ticket to get solved was 26 days :/
