Restart midfight?

Maybe this is something that I should know already being a thronebreaker, but how do you restart a fight in story mode?

I was watching Lagacy's video for Superior Kang and at 23:38 he says he's going to restart the fight because it wasn't going as well as he planned. The video below starts right before he says that and restarts where he can use his pre-fight human torch at full health again at the battle selection screen.

    yeah but if you use it more than once an hour it'll either not work, or cut your health in half

    Do you just close the app and reopen it?
