Doom SP3 not doing any damage

Has anyone else seen an issue where Doom's SP3 does 0 damage against someone. I was just doing 7.4.2, boosted with both the power gain and damage boosts for mystics along with the 3 common boosts. I would also have at least 3 prowess buffs because of the path I was going down that have a prowess buff each bar of power you completed. Was expecting the damage to be massive and instead their health moved none. Not only that, but since I did no damage I got no power gain from the boost. I feel something was bugged from this, and in all honesty I burned not only the boosts but a bunch of health's and pots on what should have been a straightforward path.

    Hey there, do you happen to remember which particular fights this happened in or what nodes were active in those fights?

    The path was the ghost rider cosmic, magneto, sersi, yondu, terrax, apoc one.

    It happened against all of them. The annoying thing was that dooms sp2 would do so much damage it would give me full sp3 and then that wouldn't do damage. So even if I wanted to avoid using it, I would have to, lol.

    Actually now that I am recalling, it did it with my black widow clairvoyant against magneto, so it wasn't a doom specific thing.

    Oh, and in case it matters I had the 10% damage boost, the 10% damage and health boost, the 20% health boost, the 12% mystic special boost, and the 200% power gain boost.

    He probably fired the sp of after finishing a combos resolved the game takes it as a basic action.

    Can u upload it to a YouTube or anything then u can shares the video. Also do u use a basis combos and then use a sp3 without waiting any time sometimes it count as you still doing basic
