Might be more fun than painful (and definitely not from a desire to see an actual Deadpool Bossfight, no sir) but:
Deadpool: Molecular Regeneration: When struck by a critical hit, 100% chance to regenerate 90% of the damage dealt over 0.4 seconds. Suck it, Sinister! Lionheart Super Power Reversal Go!: If Deadpool’s Power would be drained or burned, he doesn’t lose power, instantly gain a Bar of Power and the Attacker is Power Burned for 100% of their power, dealing 50% of the Defender’s Attack Rating for each Bar of Power Burned this way. Languor Empathic Lock 3 (Masochism 1) - I don’t know about this one, it’s why it’s in brackets Do Not Go Gentle

I was actually just thinking about this. Electro would be a nightmare to fight on some kind of Flare/Power Shield combo. You would do an absolute ton of damage on special attacks but would take a lot of damage when you did.
I had planned on adding a Life Transfer node so that you had a chance to gain that health back but if we're just designing hellish and unwinnable fights, I think that node has to go. Let's replace it with Force of Will or something.
