The game experienced a brief connectivity issue this morning. The team promptly fixed the issue and things are back to normal, thank you to everyone who passed along reports!

-6 star R5 debut at the beginning of 2023
-7 star champions will be introduced mid 2023
-cavalier crystals will be updated to Thronebreaker crystal (available for paragon players) in September or sth. 6 star featured drop rate will up to 0.9% from 0.3%. And normal 6 star drop rate will up to 10% approximately.

6* R5 materials will be introduced by end of 2022 at a snail’s pace.
Relics will be introduced by 2023.
New Paragon crystal (4, 5, and 6* champs) by end of 20220
Daily objective crystal is still capped at cavalier in 2023
7-star will likely never exist. Relics will replace further stars number.
ALSO: the main benefit of having r4 champs is to get Paragon title. The attack and health boost is minor, and the same will likely be true of rank 5. In fact it seems every time we get a new rank, the return is diminishing in terms of attack and health.
I do think dual 6 crystals will appear by the end of the year (hopeful), that horrible 3,000 unit offer comes around much more frequently now.
I doubt we'll see so-called Thronebreaker crystals, at least in the immediate foreseeable future. We are much more likely to see a way to earn shards for Nexus Cavs, which are fundamentally similar in concept to hypothetical Thronebreaker crystals but already exist.
Six star R5 I would say is unlikely to arrive in Q1 2023. But I think it is almost inevitable we see them before Q1 2024 (i.e. sometime in 2023).
7* champs in mid 2023 I'd say is a low but non-zero probability. I think it is more likely we hear about them by mid 2023 and see them by the end of 2023. That's something I would give about 50/50 odds.
7*s, or relics, will probably be around the same time, or maybe late 2022. If its one or the other, I'm thinking 7*s because they're likely a better seller than relics in the long term.
6* dual crystals should already be a thing, but since they're not, i dont know when they will be.
My question is, how is Kabam going to entice very end game player, who currently have most 6*s, and especially those who have many maxed sig champs. Right now, it seems r4 mats and sig stones are the big ticket items, but honestly those are boring once you a) have a few r4s, and really only if you care about prestige or showing off, as they're not rly needed for current content and b) have them at max sig, along with a few other non prestige champs. This is why I think 7*s or relics will probably be coming soon.
But @SirGamesBond , I can't relate to @GroundedWisdom . I am forum user.
He's the greatest forum celebrity of all time and I'm a fan.
R5 materials probably to start trickling with holiday events (possibly top spending alliance getting one in gifting event)
EOP likely to continue into 2023, with an objectiveless version for lower progression to get "something"
Revamp the t4b/t1a/Catalyst Clash arenas to start generating t5b, t2a, guaranteed t4cc.
Battlegrounds "standings" and rank rewards to be highly contested / cheaters / accusations to grow more rampant.
Another "spending weekend" to be added besides spring cleaning, July 4th, and cyber weekend.
