2* rosters are probably just as restrictive as 6* 3* is the best possible option...however we need more 3* sig stones BUT.....we all know Kabam is never gonna do that in a competitive mode
The * requirements would create a somewhat even playing field. But let’s be real, people wouldn’t spend $$ to play with 2 or 3*…. Even 4*, and Kabam will lose money. This part will not change. Even if they did a battlegrounds “season” or something, doing 1 season of 3* only would be a total blast!
I'd love to be able to see more info about the other guy. What masteries does he have, how high sig does he have Champion X and Y? Stuff like that.
I also wish Kabam could streamline certain things. I don't need to stare at the stat screen for ten seconds after every fight. Have an option to just click past it. There are so many small windows of dead time where I'm just waiting on the game (not even my opponent) to do something. I find that really annoying in a mode that's all about speed and getting in, getting out, and being over and done with everything as quickly as possible. Hopefully Kabam can cut some of these things out.
Remove forfeit is an interesting one. The issue I have with battlegrounds is a mental one. I really love this game mode... but when there are rewards and 6* sig stones to buy, then my mind goes into "addict" mode. I will tank my score to get easy wins and collect 70-80% of the rewards. This kind of kills the love of the game mode. If I didn't have a quick way to do this "grind" then it might help. Perhaps limit the forfeits... or if someone forfeits more than 3 times in 15 minutes then they go on a timeout.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?
