July 4th offers

Has anyone seen an update to the july 4th unit offers. It has been almost 3 weeks since the weekend sale, yet the only thing that I remember is some post apologizing summoners about the issue. If @kabam be a little more transparent about what is going on, I think everyone would appreciate it! Or if someone else knows anything about it or there thoughts i would love to hear something!
