Ability to give max 1 War/Quest energy point to other member | GTM Time issue

Problem statement:
Currently many members around the world are part of alliances, and depending on the continent the start and end of alliance Quest and War can be unfair.
Possible simple solution
Ability to give max
Why max 1 point? Because you must choose wisely the path and strategy and who could be the best member to help with the path.
At this stage, we players, can revert our path decisions for Quests and War. But there are all members around the world, my alliance has 30 member from different continents, and the War and/or Quest time starts almost always at midnight or 1am.
There's also work, school, family, problems, illness, the world continues spinning and the time was not selected, it was imposed by the game.
When a member reaches the boss and there's still 4 hours to finish, the Quest energy is wasted, it can be reused and there could be other members that will be receiving

An active alliance doesn't mean that all members finish Quest or War, there's a timing and a clock counting down, sometimes there's 6-7 hours sleeping and then going to do ones work/study/driving to work/university etc.

Your starting energy is now more than in the past.
You gain energy faster now than in the past.
Your maximum energy is higher than in the past.
As well as ability to “give” energy (UNDO) energy to beginning of a longer path, before stepping back and taking a shorter path (allowing next person to complete an otherwise 7 step to support link path all at once, if path you are taking will not need all your energy).
And also, many maps have had some support links to mini bosses removed so that it does not take as many people/paths to clear the support links before mini bosses can be fought.
I see, so what you are saying is, and if I'm not reading this wrong, before was worst so why am I complaining if before was wrong and now is better. That for me it's simply 'conformism' and no, I just cannot settle... "because right back in time was worst, now is better, I need to take it as it is". I think that everyone and everything needs to improve and change continuously. I personally try to improve at work, in life, with friends, meaning being better person, better professional. With things better applications, better games, etc. Or did google stays as it is because before was not that good? That's not my kind of mentality. But thanks for your reply.
So what I bring it's something that I faced, all along, and still face this days, differently, but I think there's a small room of 'improvement'.
