Will there be some exceptions for bearly missing the qualification dates

Yeah I know if we don't get the title now we just have to wait till next year, but I started playing on Decemeber 19th 2015(according to my achievements for getting my first 2* character) just 2 days after the final qualification date for the Anniversary title which is why it sucks to have to wait a full year to actually get a the title, I bet it sucks even more for those who are one day off. I am fully aware that if there He comes further exceptions it will eventually grow out of control with people demanding for it to keep asking for it to be extended even more and more, but I just wanted to know if there could a small amount of more exceptions.

    They had to make a cut off. It’s bad luck just missing it but if they start making expections when does it stop? 2 says? 3 days? A week? Sorry just gonna have to wait until next year

    Its probably giving you the benefit of the doubt that you you didn't literally intend to say that you know they cannot make too many exceptions, but you only want them for you and the people in your specific situation only.
