Anyone know why I can’t complete this quest?

I’ve been trying to complete the “Summoner’s Journey” quests, but I’m stuck on part 12/15 where you have to open a daily crystal. I’ve opened 2 daily crystals, and the quest still isn’t completed. I’m trying to be patient, but it’s annoying how I’m over halfway through act 3 (100% as well), and this quest has been taunting me the whole time.

    Unless it is bugged and only rewarding credit for certain progression levels/versions of Daily Crystals.

Only reason I’m asking is because I honestly don’t know and hoping it gives extra info 🤨 if you’re half way through act 3 you know the difference between daily crystals and 4 hour free crystals.. before you open the next one try fully closing the app and if it still doesn’t work submit a ticket with the screen shot

    Yeah, I’ve checked and it says the same thing: “Open a daily crystal”. Thanks for the suggestion though. I appreciate it ^^

    It’s nice to know that someone else seems to be having trouble with it. Hopefully the devs will notice and it’ll be fixed soon. They shouldn’t give you a “one of a kind” crystal that you can open hours before you get this quest though. Poor game design, I guess. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    This titled tricked , me, really thought it was going to be a post about not beating some content followed by numerous "git gud" comments.

    About that issue though, I honestly have no clue.

    My only thought is that the quest was made before certain progession titles had daily crystals, so not every tier of daily crystal counts.

    For anyone looking through these comments wondering if it’s completed, or if you’re having the same problem.. The quest is now completed. For some reason, I didn’t get my “Beginner 7-Day” calendar until now, and the very first reward is a crystal that lets you complete the quest. It’s been about a week or two, so.. thanks for the “beginner” calendar, Kabam ^^”
