Just updated... no free crystal auto collect?

My understanding was the new update included a QOL improvement that auto collected any pending 4 hour or daily crystal when returning to the home screen. I just tested this, and it did not work? I had a pending 4 hour crystal.. it didn't collect at log in, so I went off the home screen, return to it... and nothing.

Did I do something wrong or is it bugged? I claimed the crystal the normal way

    Did you switch on auto claim free crystal in the settings?

    I have the same problem. I've selected it in the settings, but the crystal hasn't been claiming

    It's not auto claim. More quick claim

    You still need to click on the button to claim the crystal

    (as has already been mentioned in other threads)

    If you don’t have the new Setting Option called “Quick Claim”, then show where that setting option is missing for you.

    And you still have to press the READY button on Home Screen when they are available to claim.

    *Note, this is different from the Auto-OPEN of hundreds of crystals (from in the crystals opening area, ie, Gold, SigStone, AQ Map, etc) that is slowly being rolled out to more people as they see if it is impacting servers.

    Are you saying you don't have the crystal option on your home screen? Where you just click it and get the crystal now?

    So you’re saying you can’t just click on the READY icon on Home Screen, and get the following result (pic below) ?

    I know you still *can* go do it manually from Crystals page if you want, but you shouldn’t *have to* any more.

    Today I can, since yesterday hitting "ready" got me to the crystals screen.

    When claiming a free crystal from the crystal screen, my crystal count isn’t going up by one.

    Is anyone else experiencing this?
