    Hey summoners!

    Battlegrounds Season 2 is Oct 17th - November 21st!

From what I've seen, looks like the rewards from Season 1 should be going out later this week! As with AW, there is a buffer for the team to comb through and remove modders/cheaters.

Bg season should be postponed imo and be synced with aw season…between aq,aw and now bg it would become a hinderance for anyone changing alliances as the cycles dont match and the same would hold true for recruitment

ffer for the team to comb through and remove modders/cheaters.

In the event you fought a modder/cheater would you be compensated elder marks/ energy?

Great to hear about season commencing next week!

I (& presumably many others) don't mind waiting as long as necessary but have a higher rate of modders removed from the game (permanently). Not just the obvious modders that were 10k prestige in Celestial rankings, but even the 3m+ accounts as well.

Bg is a 5 week cycle (4 in season and one off)
Aw is 6 week cycle (4 in season and 2 off-season) not sure how you propose they sync that.

By doing 4 weeks of season and 2 off-season for both? Can easily leave BGs around as a friendly mode in the off-season.
Friendly mode will grow boring with no access to any kind of rewards (season or objectives) for two weeks at a time, look how many alliances take war off-season off (prior to the loyalty issues)

So an extra week of no rewards is not worth the qol setup for officers who have to look at recuitments,bg assignments, diversity etc??
Syncing war and bg seasons would be a big help to players as well as they could test out the new global in friendly fights and rankup champs according to the requirements.

No it actually isn’t, what happens when a war season is bugged and delayed a week?

In such a case war season is usually shorter than normal which can be the norm to keep both bg and war season in sync

Not always, simply put there is no reason to have several game modes linked together, the more pieces you put together the more can go wrong.
