    Didn't see this b4 voting. Dr. Doom overall is an outstanding champion, but as the comments above states, he's not great with recoil. Diablo is great with the "hurt me" masteries.

    It depends on your mastery setup. If you run suicides then go with diablo.

    Diablo can also be used for rol auto farms with the (hood/dragonman/Dormammu/modok) synergy

    I don't think it's as black and white as going with Diablo if you use suicides. Doom covers a lot more ground and arguably, Diablo is perfectly fine at rank 3. I remember making mistakes in act 7 and still bouncing back to full health.
    Also, you CAN use Doom with suicides as I do sometimes. Sure you take damage if you keep spamming specials and won't work in very long fights, but it's perfectly fine in story content or event quests when one or two cycles is all you need.
