Why can't I use boosts in Alliance War Attack

Hey People,
I have got quite a few Alliance War boosts but I cannot seem to activate then. Can anyone please enlighten me about why can't I use the boosts? Is there a special requirement for using boosts in Alliance War.

    Weird. I assume you've restarted your device to see if that clears it up.

    Are you trying to apply them from actually within AW itself ?

    Don’t think you can apply them outside of AW, before going into your AW map.

    YOu have to activate them from the Alliance WAR menu (i.e. while you're actively and currently in the alliance war screen). They are locked specifically to AW, so you can't start them from the home menu, or in AQ, or EQ, or anywhere other than AW. Once activated, you'll see them in all other game content, but they won't be active anywhere else. They just don't want people accidentally trying to activate them for places they won't be enabled so you have to do it from AW.

    I am trying to Activate then on the AW screen only, where we select the team.
    I have also tried actually entering the attack phase and then using them but it doesn't work.

    This is my boost screen from home menu. It doesn't depend where you are. I guess an active aw match needs to be in progress to use it?

    I was able to use an AW boost from the inventory screen just now.

    Yes, the AW match must be active.
