Reliquary rewards bug?

I keep getting tied 1 basic cat frags from the Legendary difficulty of the reliquary side quest. I have a base hero rating just north of 2m, which I imagine makes me very average. Tier 1 basic cats haven’t been useful to me for ages. It seems odd to give out fragments for legendary difficulty.

Is this a bug or just “not great” rewards?

    Really? Maybe the 300 count threw me off (same as basic cat). Where do you go to see relic shards in your inventory?

    You can’t yet. I think i saw that they should have it available later this month or next.

    Nope, I grabbed a screenshot. Legendary gives 3-star relic shards and tier 1 basic cat shards.

    Zano is correct.

    Looks like it will be both Crystals *and* catalysts for the new Relics stuff.

    Icon obviously does NOT look like an existing T1 Cat. It is a Relic Cat (fragment).

    Although they should probably add the word Relic somewhere in the description title of these new Relic Cats.

    FFS literally every word they’re using indicates a different already existing thing. I did notice the icon, but haven’t seen a tier 1 basic cat shard in so long I figured it was just a cosmetic update.
