does anyone know when or how i get invited.. I explored 8.1 in 3 weeks after its release so does this make me eligible?

    If you have not gotten an invite to this point then no, you will not. And if you did get the invite and didn’t realize it, then it is too late as the sign-up period expired earlier today.
