Can't claim alliance BG milestone rewards

I joined an ally an alliance [MCWC] in off season and alliance BG event had 10 days left it said that I need to wait for 7 days to claim the mile stone rewards I waited and after 7 days it says I joined the alliance late or did not contribute towards it yet I did +100k score.
What is this kabam?? HELP ME GET MY REWARDS, I CAN'T JUST LET GO OF 30K TROPHY TOKENS

    Same thing is happening to me I was in one alliance for 9 milestones and switched and couldn’t claim anything but the 15th milestones in the following alliance. Missed out on 10-14 milestones even though I made through the blackout period.

    I have same problem too.
    I moved to new alliance.
    After 7 days, i played BG. I can't claim it.
    Please let me know the reason or check the problem.

    Correct, that is how it is supposed to be. (don’t know if the other people's are the same situation or not).

    You will only be able to qualify to receive milestones that the Alliance earns AFTER you join the Alliance.

    So that, you only get the milestones that your prior Ally achieved, while you were in that Alliance. And only any new ones that your new Ally subsequently earns.

    Also means that if you were NOT in any Alliance for a good portion of the season, you can’t just magically be able to claim all of the early milestones that the new Ally had long-since already done before you arrived. That is (I believe) how most other Ally Milestone Events work too.

    You do have to wait the 7 days, for these BattleGrounds ones, but then any ones that were reached AFTER you joined (but before your 7 days were up) you will be able to claim once you reach your 7 days.

    *with the exception (I would guess, and hope) being that if your old Ally was further along, and you switch to an Ally closer to the beginning, that hopefully you will NOT be able to “double-dip” and claim the SAME Milestone twice (once while in each Ally).

    Again, that's not true. You can only claim what you helped contribute too after the 7 days. If you could claim everything, you'd be able to claim all of the milestones multiple times throughout the month.
    It's working exactly as it should.

    It's working exactly as it should.
    I've sent multiple help tickets without a reasonable response but my understanding was that once you join an alliance, you aren't able to attain previously achieved milestones but you should be able to get milestones that after joining you help achieve. If you were able to claim every milestone, that's what would lead to that unfair claiming of points. Unfortunately I was only able to claim milestones achieved after the 7 day blackout which seems wrong and unfair. I'm pretty sure you're able to claim those awards during the blackout but after you have joined, in over alliance events that have shorter blackouts. Can anyone verify?

    I've asked support about this too, and they said I should get the missing rewards after the battlegrounds event ended. Just open another ticket because I don't have rewards.

    Is there any update on this Kabam? It's been weeks now and still no word on the forums from what I can see. Have sent two tickets in buy have been told to wait for a response on the forum or in game mail and haven't seen anything. Thanks
