Hi Kabam,
Apparently, the system messed up and did Not distribute the compensation for the 1st cycle of season 10 AQ for people who joined just Before that cycle started. Please resend us the compensation. There's more people than me who encountered the same exact issue.
Thank you.

DEMONZFYRE SWEEP again fellas
Looks like people who switched alliances fell into a situation which because of either the 5-day blackout time when switching rule, the need to stay with your alliance rule, and/or when Kabam's system had considered the ending of that shortened AQ cycle to be.
It does seem that some additional leeway should have been granted (and probably would have had to have been done on a case-by-case basis) but as to the technicalities…
(1) So Ally’s received same rewards (well, upgraded to the newer reward structure) as prior cycle.
So one possibility is that since you weren’t in that current Ally back when prior cycle ended, you wouldn’t get that for the shortened one either. So basically an extension of “needing to stay in Ally until rewards are sent” maybe applies that back relative to that previous Cycle (even though these are rewards technically for the shortened cycle).
(2) Switching Ally's in time to get in that 1st day of the shortened cycle. If the shortened cycle was deemed to have ended after that 1st day, that would leave you short of the 5 day blackout period. Even though had it not ended short, you would have actually met the 5 days by the normal end. So maybe the cycle was deemed to have been ended after that 1st day ?
(3) Switched Ally’s, but weren’t able to get into that 1st day AQ. Unfortunately, that would normally leave you out of rewards. And under normal cycles, would have left most people out as well, even if they weren’t switchers. BUT, of course, that seemed to have been waived (at least for everyone who had been continuing in that same Ally). However, reward determination may have then switched to seeing if people contributed to that prior cycle instead, which would (again) leave out those people who switched Ally's because you did not participate in any of your New Ally's AQ days during the Previous AQ cycle.
(4) How about just giving everyone that *was* in an Ally for that previous cycle, give then that previous cycle rewards based on which Ally they *were* in at that time. That would be nice, but nothing in their system right now allows for them to do that (thus needing to stay in Ally until rewards are sent). If they were add something like that, it would be great, and would allow people to start switching Ally's right away (because reward determination would be “locked/tied” to the Ally you were in at the time things finished, not later on when they are sent out).
So, just laying out what may have been the reason, not saying whether that was the right way to handle it or not. And for reference, here is the article related to blackout periods, which unfortunately does state up front…
“ Important: The blackout period will not be waived prematurely. Our support team will not be able to adjust this time in any way.”

See this post, same issue as yours.
I didn't get aq compensation rewards this time, where others got it, but I was in my current alliance that week and I played even 1st day of alliance quest after that day it was stopped.
But official said they will compensate it ,on basis of last time alliance placement.
So last week before that I was in a other alliance, and due to change in leadership they kicked me out, so I joined a new one and even I played day 1 aq
And if it would have completed I would have getting both alliance rank rewards as well as alliance milestone rewards.
But it's unfair to see that after so much wait it is not sent to me while my other new Alliance mates got it.
I am not asking anything wrong please look into this matter and do help me out to collect it because if this aq would be completed I must have gotten rewards with all other players of this community.
Humble request to kabam for justice
And justice for all
My in game is Rudra Ashutosh
The blackout period is exactly what they quoted for the reason of me not receiving comp which is hogwash. They reference alliance jumping as well.and this has never been the case when something like this has happened in the past, and it has.
There absolutely should have been some leeway as well as if they are going to have this rule, they should post it along with the comp announcement because Miikes post contradicts the blackout rule.
@Kabam Miike @Kabam Jax how does this make any sense? How is there a blackout period for compensation? How is someone supposed to know an AQ cycle would be cancelled and switch alliances somehow?
However, I got my BG alliance rewards via a ticket since I was the top 3 BG contributor. So that says something about my ally contributions.
But, after joining a new ally and starting AQ the 1st day, which Kabam cancelled because of issues in their side, I was not eligible for any AQ rewards, even though I completed the last AQ cycle with my old ally and started the new AW cycle with my new ally
It's only 1 week, but it's a completely absurd way to handle the situation. Just give EVERYONE the compensation for the ally they are in at this time. This isn't/wasn't a player issue - it was a Kabam induced issue and they handled it poorly for everyone who was in a transition status. No one was trying to scam the system, but the system decided to scam a portion of the player base with unnecessary limitations for eligibility - most of which occured because of the delay in BG rewards that left people on limbo for those too.
I took a break from map 8 and went alliance-less because AQ sucks in general.
I joined a new alliance.
2 days later, AQ started.
12 hours later, AQ was cancelled.
Kabam announces that they will send out previous cycle rewards as comp for cancelling the cycle. The announcement says to stay in your current alliance or you won't get the rewards.
I didn't receive the comp.
I haven't left the alliance.
I reach out to support and they tell me about the blackout period that wasn't mentioned in Miikes announcement.
Support says its to prevent alliance hopping but there's no way to know that a AQ series would get cancelled so that rule makes no sense for compensation. Especially if you have to stay in the alliance to get them.
Are you caught up now? Do you understand where you went wrong buddy? Still feeling good about yourself that you think you "got me"? Mmmmmmkkk byyyyyyeeeeee
This is something we have brought to the team and are investigating currently. At this point in time, we're not sure of the path forward, but we'll update you here when we have more information!
Is 60 Tix the amount to play highest Map for just 1 day ?? (if so, 60 makes sense then). And even if they gave some to ppl who didn’t even use them, look at it as Kabam's encouragement for them to try those higher maps in future with some “free” tickets.
As to whether tickets would fall into “blackout” period rules. I don’t think so.
You could have been in alliance just 1 or 2 days, and had to use Tickets to get into that day of AQ. So I think that's why they sent tickets as Comp, no matter if switched alliances or how long in alliance.
Different that “end-of-AQ” Rewards structure, with requirements like Blackout rules. Although above, Miike did mention they are still evaluating those who switched, and *might* actually end up doing compensation for those who otherwise fell thru the cracks this time.
