Accolade trunks missing

Can anyone explain why i have received more gift trunks than are in my inventory? I have 7 gift mails in my read folder and 4 trunks in my inventory!
The accolades i have been recieving are disappearing! I should have more than 7!

    Accolades in Inventory are the ones you have to be able to give out to teammates. (initial 10 at beginning, plus 1 more each day from calendar). Once you give one of them out, it gets removed from Inventory.

    Ones you Receive are different, not visible anywhere, and just register internally to your account as to building up to the 5 needed for Pic, or 15 needed for Title.

    I have given all of them out. I handed the first batch out immediately. And one every time i get one. When i try to gift one of them from the inventory it says i don't have any.
    I actually did think of that before i came in here.

    You can't gift the ones you receive from other players.
