How do I know what is in the gift box? I've had 2 alliance members send me rewards, and, though I am able to claim them, that's as far as it goes. I have no idea what was sent to me and they aren't anywhere in my inventory or stash. Both times I hit "claim" and that's it. What were they? Is it because I'm too lazy to complete act 4? If so, I shouldn't be on the list of eligible recipients. Both alliance members should be reimbursed if that's the case.

    They are Accolades.
    The items you’ve been getting each day in Accolades Calendar, that you can gift out to others. Your own to give out show in Inventory, but not the ones you receive.

    But when you receive one, it doesn’t actually end up anywhere.
    It is only for tracking in your account how many accolades of each type (each color) you got.
    Get 5 of same color and earn a color Profile Pic. Get 15 sent to you and earn a Title of that type.

    Well that explains a lot. All the talk of gifting and getting good crystals and here when I finally received something..well that kinda sucks..lol Thanks for the info anyway

    The gifting is ending this year and was changed from previous years. You can't receive crystals as gifts anymore, you just buy your own. They are allowing minor gifting of select consumable resources but it isn't a huge deal now.

    The main thing is your RNG luck if you buy the crystals and the solo and alliance objective milestones (and maybe rank rewards if you spend enough). If you want to get those objectives make sure you have been in your alliance long enough that you don't have a lock out timer on the alliance objective because you can't earn points towards it until it is gone if it is active.
