15% is still stronger than 0%, which is what the majority of champs have, therefore 15% in this case is strong.

He has a strong resilience, not fully immunity or anything like that. I’m assuming regular resilience could be around 5%, so the 15% is considered strong at that point. He is fine as is and doesn’t need any sort of tune up or buff.
@GinjabredMonsta Oh I love Herc! So many others claim he's broken though, but I don't see that to the point where he needs a complete buff as they're misinterpreting. Just a little poison resistance improvement that reflects his description. If regular resilience is around 5% as you assume, then I can understand 15% being stronger. That's a no brainer. Some champs have no poison immunity, therefore his resistance would be stronger than theirs. But when we have some who are poison resistant, like Knull who is 60% resistant, which is actually STRONG, then what exactly does "strong resilience" mean because 15% ain't it.
You're comparing different physiologies. Herc is a demi god with strength being his main power. He has a strong poison resistance for a half human.
Knull is a cosmic being. He has a completely different immune system.
Medusa isn't as powerful as either Knull or Herc and she's completely immune to poison.
The 15% is extremely strong and allows him to consistently heal in the positive from running Liquid Courage.

resilience and resistance are not the same thing, resilience is the idea that you have the capacity to recover from something while resistance is to remain unaffected by something. So in terms of description hercs strong resilience just allows him to save more health from poison in order to recover using potion or based off the description the recover mastery. So no comparing knulls resistance to hercs resilience doesn’t make sense. The description is fine as it is and makes sense
Kabam has already said on a live interview that they want to nerf herc, they are far from giving him more poison resistance.

Kabam John pointed out on the podcast back in September that "had the rebalance program been active in 2021, both Hercules and kitty would have qualified for tune downs" because they were so busted in damage.
They don't want champs to be so ridiculously broken that it upsets the balance of the game and looking at Hercules's kit, my guess is maybe it could have had something to do with his immortality or the the amount of damage he gives with his feats of strength but we don't know because they never discussed the tune down so we don't know what the issue is.
