  Start act 5

  When it first came out, sure Act 4 was worth exploring. However, with all the new events and rewards, you can get everything you need to level up your account while pushing forward.

  Start act 5

  Start act 5 if you feel like you're ready. If you aren't ready yet, then start exploring the EQ and SQ for more rank up material. Exploring act 4 is only worth it after becoming UC

  What level are you? Getting through act 5 until you at least achieve uncollected, is important. Then you want to work on cav, then TB, then paragon.
  
  Which is difficult, as the only content in the game with irreplaceable rewards excluding progression titles, as it stands, is act 4 100%; bonus mastery points.
  
  Everything in all other acts except for the titles has been replaced, or will be, by future content. For example, there's nothing worth it in act 5 or act 6 100% anymore. And the only reason why act 7 100% is currently worth it, is the r3 and r4 materials.
  
  But those mastery points from act 4, cannot be gained anywhere else.
  
  So definitely prioritise the progression titles first; uncollected, cav, TB, paragon. But if you've spare time and energy at any point, act 4 is still worth it, for those mastery points.

  Start act 5

  Continue act 5 until you can’t get any further and then 100% act 4 to hone your skills and get those mastery points for exploration. As already mentioned, you can’t get those anywhere else
