Can't go to chapter 2 in Mojo's Choice even though Chapter 1 is complete

I have 100% completed Chapter 1 in Mojo's choice on threat lvl 4, but cannot get into Chapter 2 even though it says to complete Chapter 1 to move on. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

    One quest opens per week. You have to wait for chapter 2

    Week 1 = Chapter 1, Quest 1 (Hercules), Objectives with Mystic, then Mutant
    Week 2 = Chapter 1, Quest 2 (Quicksilver), Objectives with Cosmic, then Science

    Week 3 will be Chapter 2, Quest 1, Objective with Skill, then Tech
    Week 4 will be Chapter 2, Quest 2, Objective with full team of ANY same class.
