Faced in BG last night … Legend title, stacked account, used all maxed 3 stars.

Not sure what the reasoning was, for a goof or for nefarious reasons, but it worked out well for me.

    Making sure to lose so as not to advance. Easier to get victory objective, by staying in the same lower bracket.

    Imagine people with even amount of symbols in their nicknames losing like that on first day after objective update, and with odd on second day. Easy objectives + easier tier progressions. Basically match-fixing, wich is advantageous for every player.
    Also I do lose like that, but I'm to lazy to switch my deck, remaking it would most likely take more time than I save in faster fights. Extra tip — match and do something else, no need to waste your time just staring at loading screens, wich are horribly slow at least in my experience

    Yeah I've done the same before. Just burning energy and making milestone points while at my desk at work.

    So you’re gonna waste your opponents time, even if you don’t care about losing ?
    Match and walk away ? Leaving the entire timeout clocks running all the way down to 0 for all the Drafting and Fight Champ Selecting (even if the fights themselves are quick from getting hit a lot) ?

    Last couple seasons, I did a few 2* matches just for some points, very quick, didn’t care about taking the loss.
    Ran into an opponent once which seemed to just walk away at very beginning. Assumed they thought they would just get an easy win even if they didn’t do anything (since mine were just low 2*).

    Well, so that time (and that time only), I ran out the full fight clock to get basically 15,000 pts.
    And actually won 2 of the 3 fights, by just a tiny bit, all scores very near 15,000.

    They could waste the opponents time even more by winning the match and setting the opponent back a win 🫠

    A free win of any kind is time save when you're moving up the ladder.
