Neutralized bug?

How come neutralize isn’t working in this weeks bg meta? It probably has to do with force of will, but if that’s the case how come stagger and slow are unaffected?

Enemies who are immune to AAR can't be neutralized. Neutralize just lowers the accuracy of buffs triggering which is why on aspect of evolution, enemies can still trigger buffs with neutralize. However, kabam decided that if the champion is immune to AAR, then they're immune to neutralize too.

    1. Neutralize reduces buff AA so if a champion is immune to AAR due to an ability or node, it is useless

    2. Stagger does not reduce AA so it is unaffected by force of will.

    3. Slow has two components to it: reducing AA of evade and unstoppable by 100%, and preventing the effects of unstoppable. So even if the opponent is immune to AAR or has increased AA, the unstoppable buff will trigger but they will react to hits as if they weren't unstoppable.

But slow prevents the unstoppable from triggering in this meta
