  Yep. Well done again, Kabammerz. Did Anne actually test this? Guess I won’t be able to level up my relics within this current level up event. I really question why you’re forcing every summoner into the tutorial anyways when we’ve been using them for 3-4 months already, and most endgame-level summoners have like 15-20 of them, minimum.
  
  I mean, sure make a tutorial but give people an option to dismiss the tutorial and go about the game as we please.
