This is a very known issue that people are using two devices for the same account and getting banned. How to get it resolved with kabam

I don't know why you *think* they did that, because (as far as I've seen) they never say they did that, but that's almost certainly not why you were banned.
You can open a support ticket and ask why you were banned. Support rarely tells players precisely why, but they usually quote the specific rule they believe you broke. Exploits, account sharing, stuff like that. In very rare cases players have been banned due to an error (I've seen it happen and been involved with the reconciliation process) but this is not common. More often, players are banned for activities they either didn't think were prohibited or didn't think Kabam would check for, and thus assume it must have been for something else.
For example, sometimes players allow another player to pilot their account and then wonder why they got banned, because "they" didn't do anything wrong. But it isn't the people that Kabam observes, it is the account. If the account is being obviously played by multiple people, then it is the account that draws the ban.
And I think some players believe there's no way to tell the difference between someone piloting their account and themselves using two different devices. There are.
I'm not saying this is what you did. I'm simply saying there are a lot of ways to draw a ban, and the assumption that those things are either not detectable or not actually prohibited usually trips up most people who are eventually caught. This is just one example of.
